I have noticed there are many recruiters who are experts in sourcing the profiles and evaluating the candidate, But when it comes to the interview session for them, its always been notified that they are hesitant to explain the technology and getting rejected for their prospect opportunity.
Keeping that in mind, I am trying to explain it in a very basic manner so that an individual can understand the basic terms of technology and can explain the advance too.
Let's Start with the booming technology Blockchain.
Blockchain Technology:
Blockchain can be defined as a chain of the block that contains information. The technique is intended to timestamp digital documents so that it's not possible to backdate them or temper them.
The blockchain is used for the secure transfer of items like money, property, contracts, etc. without requiring a third-party intermediary like bank or government. Once data is recorded inside a blockchain, it is very difficult to change it.
Blockchain Developer:
A developer responsible for developing and optimizing blockchain protocols, crafting the architecture of blockchain systems, developing smart contracts and web apps using blockchain technology are commonly called blockchain developers.
Now, Developer has two categories

Core Blockchain Developer:
Core blockchain developers are mostly responsible for developing the architecture of a blockchain system, how its protocols should be designed, the design of consensus protocol and other high-level decisions and development related to blockchain technology.
Role of Blockchain Developer:

- Design of consensus protocols and security patterns for the network
- Design of the network architecture
- Supervision of the entire network
Blockchain Software Developers:
Use the architecture and protocols designed by Core Blockchain developers to build decentralized applications that run on blockchain technology

- Development of Smart Contracts
- Development of interactive front-end designs for Dapps
- Backend development pertaining to Blockchain
- Supervision of the entire stack running their Dapps
